Instructions
We can not wait to see your exhibits! Please help us run this event smoothly by following all the instructions. This show will have no entry fees and no premiums will be given out, it is for fun and learning!

Prep- Exhibit hall exhibits- take a photo of your work.
Animal Exhibitors please read this tip sheet before videoing or photographing your animals. All animal exhibitors should take photo(s) of their animal for breed classes and take videos of showmanship or performance classes (Check out the tip sheet above for how to do the videos!!! Check out the following additional patterns/class instructions if you are exhibiting Horse, Dog or Working Steer.

Entries will open June 3rd and be accepted until July 10th. Judges will then be given a week to finalize placings. The results will update live as they are judged on our results pages each day.

When you click the button below you will be directed to our FairEntry Site. Make sure you are ready to upload your photos and videos of your exhibits when you do your registration. Here is a help video for entering.

Please name your uploads last name, then first name then exhibit title or animal name and species.
